I have 120 bad sectors and 14% health on my internal hard drive.How to fix this ????

The drive found 120 bad sectors during its self test.
There are 121 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.

It is recommended to backup immediately to prevent data loss.
