Yes offsets don't change often. After a few clicks on "+" and "-" I saw we can edit the offset by clicking the number. Better than waiting for re-detection of all disks after every click

Aditionnally, it looks like changing the offset of a SMART attribute wakes-up (make them spin) all the disks, even tho I'm just changing ...

Here you can find .reg files that does the above.
The zipfile contains 2 reg files. One to disable it, another one to revert the option (i.e. re-enable the stats reset).
