Just sent two more reports, with devices connected. No, it doesn't cause any problems. It's just happening for so long (years) that I thought it was time to report it.

I can always reproduce it on my 3 PCs. All latest Windows 10 x64 version, all old devices (10+ years) both laptop/desktop. Occurring on USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.

Thanks for the extremely detailed answer. Yes, I suspected it might not be as simple as I'd hoped to avoid them, unfortunately.

Can't believe they are not paying. Wish you luck in this situation. To be honest, I never liked any of these "resellers". I understand they may be convenient for developers, but they are mostly annoying for the user. I've even had a couple of cases where they actually refused to accept pay...
