Sorry, an a newbie. So I should run Disk -> Surface test -> Reinitialise disk surface ? That will fix the bad and the weak sectors?

OR is it better just to RMA the drive?

Why not just purhhased a refurb enteprise HDD from NewEgg or some other place if you have so many reservations about AliExpess. It is always hit or miss but at least for me, for non HDD produts, its been an overall win.

Firstly, thank you to the developers for the software. I had a pending sector count of 11. Various ways of low level formatting could not fix the HDD (WD 5TB Black Game Driive used for continuous Macrium Reflectr imagaing backups) until using your software. Those 11 pending sectors are now gone. But...
