I figure it out, myself.
I have installed AMD RAID Driver and RAID Preinstall Driver. After restart, now all is fine.

This only happens to me on Windows 11.
On Windows 10, all is good:
I am using Windows 11 and Windows 10, in dual-boot.
But my main O.S. is Win 11. So I would like to get this fixed.

I am new here, so please be nice.
I have a similar problem. All 3 internal HDDs are not recognised. But the 2 SSDs (one internal, one external) are okay.
Probably, I need a driver or something.
My motherboard is Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite.
