I've done a little more testing and found that it is actually only two SMART parameters that do not show a Save Dialog when clicking on "Save Disk Information" they are 193 - Load/Unload Cycle Count (which is the one I am interested in, in my situation) and 4 - Start/Stop Count. All the ot...

Thanks so much for replying so quickly. I have tried method 2) but when I click on "Save Disk Information" nothing happens and I do not get a save dialog box. I'm running version 4.6 on Windows 8.1 64bit.
