I would expect that if I chose "Hide when inactive"
But if I choose "Hide", I would expect it to stay hidden. Except that somehow its setting always reverts to "Hide when inactive".

Well, by "Hidden" I mean the default behavior of all tray icons to optionally keep them out of sight behind the "Show hidden icons" button that is available on the Tray. In XP you go to the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" and choose to "Hide inactive icons"...

Tray Icon won't stay hidden
Running 2.90 on Vista X64, I can't get the main tray icon to stay hidden. I set it to "Hide" in the Notification Area customization, eventually it appears anyway, and its setting is once again "Hide when inactive", which of course it never is. It's not a big deal, just mildly ann...
